Our custom data and scraper services may collect or organize information from publicly available or lawfully accessible sources, including:

Other sources designated by a customer.

Publicly available data may include names, mailing addresses, property details, business information, filing information, or other information available from the original source.

We do not represent that publicly available information is always complete, current, or accurate.

G. Artificial Intelligence Data

When you use an AI-powered feature or engage us to build an AI agent, we may process:

Prompts;

Questions;

Instructions;

Uploaded documents;

Knowledge-base materials;

Conversation history;

Call or message transcripts;

CRM information;

Workflow data;

AI-generated responses; and

Feedback about AI outputs.

Do not submit sensitive personal information to an AI feature unless it is necessary, authorized, and permitted under your agreement with us.

Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it, sending it to another person, or using it to make a business, legal, financial, employment, housing, or other significant decision.

Customers must not use Just Jarvis AI agents to engage in unlawful discrimination, deception, harassment, impersonation, spam, or other prohibited conduct.

Unless separately agreed in writing, the Services are not intended to replace professional legal, tax, accounting, financial, or regulatory advice.

7. CUSTOM SCRAPER SERVICES

Custom scrapers may be designed to access, collect, organize, or monitor information from customer-approved sources.

Customers using scraper services are responsible for:

Identifying the sources they want to access;

Confirming that their intended access and use are lawful;

Complying with applicable website terms, contracts, laws, and regulations;

Obtaining required permissions or licenses;

Using collected information for lawful purposes;

Maintaining required privacy notices;

Honoring applicable consumer requests; and

Avoiding harassment, discrimination, spam, or misuse of personal information.

Information appearing in a public record or public website may remain available from the original source even if it is deleted from a Just Jarvis-controlled system.

We may refuse, suspend, or discontinue a scraper project when we believe the requested activity may violate applicable law, third-party rights, contractual restrictions, or our policies.

8. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, analytics tools, and similar technologies to:
